• Shivani Engineering College organized a Campus Recruitment Drive 2026 | TVS Brakes India & India-Japan Lighting Pvt Ltd, at the College Seminar Hall. The recruitment drive provided final-year students with a valuable opportunity to interact with industry professionals and explore promising career opportunities.

Inaugural Programme

• The programme commenced with a Welcome Address by the Dr.V.Balasubramaniam,Vice Principal, who warmly welcomed the Chief Guest, Heads of Departments, faculty members and students.

• The Heads of the Departments of ECE, CSE and Allied Branches, and Mechanical Engineering were present during the programme. The Dr.G.Uthayakumaran,Dean delivered the Felicitation Address and encouraged the students to make effective use of the recruitment opportunity.

• The Chief Guest, Mr. Rajkumar, Senior HR Manager, addressed the students and shared valuable insights regarding the recruitment process, industry expectations and career opportunities. He motivated the students to demonstrate confidence, technical competence and professional skills throughout the selection process.

Selection Process

• “Mr. Srinivasan, HR Manager, conducted a comprehensive recruitment process comprising an Aptitude Test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview.”

• Following the successful completion of the selection process, 36 students were selected for employment opportunities in the above-mentioned companies.
